	For your pets' health and safety, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations:
	Dogs:	Cats:
	You may bring copies of your pets' vaccination records with you or FAX them.
	Flea Protection: All pets need currently active flea and tick treatment. We recommend Frontline® and Advantix®.
